If you are unable to meet potential guests, Hire 2 Host will act as your liaison and take care of everything from the initial meet & greet, to ensuring that guests are settled into your property and remain comfortable throughout their stay. Our philosophy is to ensure your success through a continued stream of 5-star reviews that will illustrate the quality of your property, thus raising its rental potential and value. Our goal is to ensure that your guests have a 5-star experience that is unrivaled by pricey hotels! Currently we service listings on Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, Misterbnb and many more!

FOUNDER’S STORY

Our founder, Greg Mitchell, has been an avid traveler for years.  After encountering numerous expensive hotels on his journeys, he joined airbnb in 2013. During a month-long road trip from Seattle, WA to San Diego, CA, Greg put airbnb to the test and he was very impressed with the hosts in each city and has since used their services whenever he travels.  His pleasant airbnb experiences encouraged him to try being a host and he fell in love with hosting as it allowed him to create new friendships and earn extra income.  Over the next several months, he tested out new ideas to perfect the guest experience and it was not long before his comfortable digs and friendly hosting earned him a 98% occupancy rate for every room in his house! Greg soon learned he could make more money traveling and renting out his home than he could staying home, but there was only one problem; who would take care of his home and guests?  Thus, Hire 2 Host came about. Our philosophy combines a simple routine to ensure that host properties stay in excellent condition and guests have 5-star experiences.  To this day, Greg’s properties have maintained a 5-star rating, raving guest reviews and the well acclaimed “super host” status! Greg is passionate about providing the same amazing customer service to other hosts and their guests!

Hire 2 Host is passionate about giving back to the community! We donate 7% of our profits to local charity.  In San Diego, are donations will be going to the San Diego Rescue Mission. Helping to end hunger and homelessness.

After a brief phone and sometimes in-person consultation, we will create a polished and professional listing for your property. During the meeting, our Host Expert will collect important information about your home, so that we will be able to answer any questions your guests may have during their visit.

BOOKING AGENTS

Once your professional listing is published, our Booking Agents will work around the clock to guarantee that you never miss a reservation. They professionally vet guests to make certain they are a perfect fit for your property and to ensure the safety of your home.

CLEANING PROs

Our Cleaning Pros will make sure your home is professionally cleaned before your guests arrive. Our cleaning professionals are routinely audited to ensure the highest quality standards. If you already have a cleaning team assembled, we will gladly partner with them!

GUEST SERVICES TEAM

A member of our Guest Services Team will ensure your home is inviting and equipped with everything your guests need to make their stay comfortable. We can stock all household supplies, guarantee professional cleaning standards, and provide excellent customer care for your guests throughout their stay!

HANDYMEN

No guest wants to deal with an emergency! That’s why we provide on-call handymen and women to maintain your property and resolve any maintenance problems that may occur during your guest’s visit.

How do I pay for your service?

Hire 2 Host accepts all major credit cards and bank drafts (online checks). For your convenience, you will not be billed until the day your guest checks in.

Are there any time restrictions on when I should book your service?

Please note that Hire 2 Host requires a 24 hour minimum booking period in order to best meet your needs. Because our services are in high demand there may be times when we are unavailable, so we recommend booking our services well in advance. Hire 2 Host has regular business hours from 8AM to 11PM Monday – Sunday. With advance notice, we are also available for any guests that may require a late night check-in.
